Regpen receives your information through our various websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications or Apps, buttons, widgets, ads, commerce services (the “Regpen Services”), and Terms that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”) and from our partners and other third parties. For example, you send us information when you use our Services on the web, via SMS, or from an application such as a web or app. When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Personal Information: We will collect data regarding your attendance at our events. We will scan your badge to allow you to gain entry to our events and determine that you have registered to attend our events. When you create or setup an account, register to attend an event published on our website or app, you provide some personal information, such as your first name, last name, email address, password or phone number and country. On the Regpen Services, your Lastname or first letter of your First name and first letter of your Last name is listed publicly, including on your profile page and in search results, and you can use either your real name or a pseudonym. Some Regpen Services, such as Regpen Lead Retrieval does not collect personal information. Also searching and viewing public leads profiles, do not require registration.
Non-Personal Information: Our websites may collect and store anonymous information about your visits. This information includes the time and length of your visit, the pages you look at on our sites, and the site you visited just before coming to ours. We may also record the name of your Internet service provider, browser type, and country of origin. We use this information to monitor and measure traffic and to develop ideas for enhancing our sites. We also collect anonymous information both directly and via use of third party services such as Google Analytics regarding site traffic and click-thru.
Contact Information: You may use your contact information, such as your email address or phone number, to customize your account or enable Services, for example, for verification. If you provide Regpen with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages to that number from Regpen. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services, send marketing information, send OTP information, to help prevent spam, fraud, or abuse, and to help others find your account, including through third-party services and client applications. You may use your settings for email and mobile notifications to control notifications you receive from the Regpen Services. You may also unsubscribe from a notification by following the instructions contained within the notification or the instructions on our website.
Location Information: Regpen may receive information about your location. For example, you may choose to publish your location in your Regpen profile. You may also tell us your location when you set your location on Regpen.com or via browser settings. We may also determine location by using other data from your device, such as precise location information from GPS, information about wireless networks or cell towers near your mobile device, or your IP address. We may use and store information about your location to provide features of our Services to improve and customize the Services, for example, with more relevant content like local trends, latest events, events near you, stories, ads, and suggestions for people to engage.
Links: Regpen may keep track of how you interact with links across our Services, including our email notifications, third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our Services, to provide more relevant advertising, and to be able to share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on.
Information Transfer, Processing and Storage: We may transfer, process and store data about you on servers located in a number of countries. Your Personal Information may therefore be transferred to, processed and stored in a country different from your country of residence, and be subject to privacy laws that are different from those in your country of residence. Commerce Services: You may provide your payment information, including your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address (collectively, "Payment Information"), along with your shipping address, to complete a commerce transaction through our Services. You may also provide your credit or debit card number to register for card-linked services, such as offers. To facilitate future purchases, we DO NOT store your Payment Information and your CVV code for your security. We collect and store information created by your purchases made through our Services ("Transaction Data"). If you register your credit or debit card with Regpen for card-linked services, we receive information about the card transactions from a third-party payment services provider or card network ("Registered Card Data"). Transaction Data and Registered Card Data may include the merchant's name and the date, time and amount of the transaction. Regpen uses Registered Card Data to verify eligibility for card-linked services, and may also use Registered Card Data to limit the number of offers available to you and keep track of your offers.
Third-Parties and Affiliates: Regpen uses a variety of third-party services to help provide our Services, such as hosting our various blogs and wikis, and to help us understand and improve the use of our Services, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Graph API, Twitter API among others. These third-party service providers may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP address. Third-party ad partners may share information with us, like a browser cookie ID, website URL visited, mobile device ID, or cryptographic hash of a common account identifier (such as an email address), to help us measure and tailor ads. For example, this allows us to display ads about things you may have already shown interest in our Services. We may also receive information about you from our partners in order to help provide, understand, and improve our Services and our affiliates' services, including the delivery of ads.
Third-Party Data Sharing: Specifically, we will share your event registration data, such as your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, job title and company profile information, events information to exhibitors or other attendees whom you have authorised to share these information by agreeing or allowing them to scan your event ID or badge QRcode during the event. That is, If you allow an exhibitor or other attendees to scan you badge or where you provide your information or allow an exhibitor to scan your badge, you are consenting to allow them to contact you in relation to receiving their marketing and other third party communications. You have provided your consent to be contacted by other third parties and their use of your information is their responsibility and subject to their privacy policy.
Where you are an exhibitor at one of our events, we may share your information with our third parties to help deliver our services during the events. We may need to share your name, email, telephone number, organisation and job title with third parties such as other attendees and visitors to contact you eg. TO know more about your product offerings and services. You have provided your consent to be contacted by other third parties and their use of your information is their responsibility and subject to their privacy policy.
Law and Harm: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy, we may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Regpen's rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party's, including a government's, request to disclose your information.
Business Transfers and Affiliates: In the event that Regpen is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. This Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity. We may also disclose information about you to our corporate affiliates in order to help provide, understand, and improve our Services and our affiliates' services, including the delivery of ads.
